Our stores have been serving Kansas City since 1975 when Rene Gadino bought an existing store on Prospect Avenue, and has since expanded the operation to a second location on Troost Avenue. We offer a wide variety of fasteners & hardware, electrical, plumbing, and paint products, apparel, and services such as screen & glass cutting and repair, key cutting, blade cutting, paint mixing, and more for DIY projects of all kinds. We also carry bulk kerosene and offer a propane exchange service.

We’re often the last place you need to stop because of our unique assortment of many of the hard-to-find items needed to refurbish or repair the older houses in our neighborhoods, especially for old electrical fixtures and wiring, and for minor plumbing repairs. We know you have several choices where to shop, so we work hard to keep our prices competitive with big-box stores.
